You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging with price stickers, hang tags etc still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with the criteria mentioned above.
Please add a short description on the back of the included letter of contents as to why you’re returning the goods. Shipping and return shipping will not be refunded. We strongly advise you to return the parcel by couriers that offer tracking.
International customers: Please write RETURNS on the box and include the original (or a copy of your) order invoice to ensure smooth transit through customs.
We are not able to exchange an item under the same order number, nor can we reserve an item until returns come back in. Please place a new order and send your unwanted items to the address stated on the right. We will issue a refund once we receive your returns.
You'll receive a confirmation via email once we've issued the refund for your returns.
Processing time refunds for orders payed with:
- iDeal: 2-3 business days.
- Credit card: up to 28 days. Please contact your bank for more details.
- PayPal: within 24hrs.
Having second thoughts and you’d like to partly or completely cancel your order? Send us an email as soon as possible and we’ll try to help you out. For quicker processing, please include your order number. Please note that this is only applicable to orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, you can of course return your order after receiving the goods.
Please note: Items presented in the webshop are sold from our brick and mortar location and stock. Although we run a linked POS software & inventory management system, it is possible that an item is simultaneously sold via the webshop, as well as in the store. As physical store sales are hard to undo, we retain the right to (partly) cancel the webshop order. In this case we will inform you on this and arrange a refund as soon as possible.
